Terms of Service
Effective date: October 16, 2026
Who provides AIVane
AIVane is an independently operated software product. In these terms, "AIVane", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of AIVane. These terms cover this website, AIVane software and AIVane Hosted AI. Contact support@aivane.net with product, billing or legal questions.
What the product does
AIVane is automation software for recording supported browser and Windows desktop actions, preparing editable workflows with AI assistance, and running those workflows on a compatible device. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize and for reviewing generated workflows and their results.
The currently downloadable AIVane for Windows build is a free preview for evaluation. Browser workflows require the separate Browser Bridge extension; Windows-only recording does not. AI preparation in that public build can use an AIVane account with Hosted AI, or your own compatible model provider and API key, with provider fees paid separately.
Hosted AI is an optional, separately metered service that provides AI assistance within AIVane. New verified accounts receive 1,000 welcome credits, valid for 30 days; more credit is sold in one-time packs from your AIVane account. AIVane Pro is a separate monthly subscription. Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Business deployments and hosted team workspaces are not included in a Hosted AI credit purchase or in Pro.
Accounts and permitted use
Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. Provide accurate account and order details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Local AIVane use with your own provider does not require an AIVane account. AIVane Hosted AI requires an account.
Acceptable use
You may automate only devices, accounts, data and systems that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the workflows you record, generate and run. Respect applicable laws, privacy rights, intellectual property and the terms of the websites and services your workflows use.
Do not use AIVane, including Recorder, Workbench, generated workflows or Hosted AI, to:
- commit fraud, impersonate others, or create or process fraudulent transactions;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or generate fake traffic, clicks, views, reviews, followers or other engagement;
- register or farm accounts in bulk on third-party services in breach of their terms, or take over or operate accounts you are not authorized to use;
- place, execute or automate trades or orders for securities, derivatives, currencies, cryptocurrencies or other financial instruments;
- automate games, obtain or trade in-game items, currencies or accounts, or provide boosting services where the game publisher's terms prohibit it;
- scrape, copy or download content in breach of a website's terms, access restrictions or applicable law, or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- obtain passwords, verification codes, session tokens or other credentials that are not yours, or bypass CAPTCHAs or other security controls;
- covertly monitor people or devices, or build or operate spyware or stalkerware;
- offer, facilitate or automate gambling or lending services;
- create, distribute or facilitate pornography or adult sexual content, or offer AI companion services;
- build, offer or operate parental-monitoring applications;
- offer other regulated services without the required authorization;
- produce content that is illegal, sexually exploitative or infringes the rights of others, or carry out any other illegal or harmful activity.
We may decline AI requests, and restrict or close Hosted AI access or accounts involved in these uses, subject to applicable rights and a review through support. Report suspected misuse to support@aivane.net.
AI results and your data
AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. Test with sample data before running workflows that affect important records, money or other people. AIVane does not guarantee a particular output, number of successful workflows, or compatibility with every website or application. A target interface may change and require workflow adjustments.
You retain your rights in your recordings, input files and workflows. You grant only the permissions needed to provide the features you request. Optional AI processing sends relevant task context to the applicable model service. See the Privacy Policy, Desktop Privacy Policy and Browser Bridge Privacy Policy.
Credit purchases
Hosted AI credit is sold in one-time packs from your AIVane account, with or without a Pro subscription. Each pack shows its price in US dollars and the number of AI credits it adds to your account. Credit packs are not a subscription and have no automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Any applicable tax and the final amount payable must be shown before you confirm a purchase.
Credits are for AI assistance inside AIVane only. They are not a bank deposit, general-purpose payment instrument, transferable balance, API key or third-party model subscription. They cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash, except for an eligible refund. Purchased credit has no scheduled expiry. Welcome credit and other promotional grants expire as stated when granted. Credit closest to expiry is used first.
Usage depends on the model and the amount of input and output processed. The pricing page shows package prices and credit amounts, and your account shows the credits charged for each request. A package is not a promise of a fixed number of tasks or tokens. Paid requests may consume credit even if you do not adopt the generated workflow. We will not retroactively change the rates of a settled request.
You can start a Hosted AI request while your balance is above zero. Each request is charged for its actual usage, so a request can take your balance below zero. While your balance is zero or below, new Hosted AI requests are paused. The next credit added to your account, purchased or granted, first covers the negative amount; credit used this way counts as used.
After a verified successful payment, the purchased amount will be credited to the AIVane account associated with the order. A payment-page redirect alone is not proof that credit has been delivered. If a completed payment has not appeared in your account, contact support with your order number; do not pay again to resolve a delivery problem.
AIVane Pro subscription
AIVane Pro removes the Free limit of three saved applications on your own computer. Pro is a monthly subscription at US$29 per month, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout, bought from your AIVane account. Pro is a standalone product: it runs on your own computer and does not include remote device execution, Hosted AI credit, a Business license or a hosted team workspace.
A Pro subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your AIVane account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. AIVane Desktop uses your signed-in AIVane account to confirm Pro and may need to go online occasionally to refresh it.
When Pro ends, your existing applications are not deleted. You can still open, edit, run and export them, but saving additional applications follows the Free limit again. We will tell you in advance before changing the Pro price for future renewals.
Payments for credit packs and Pro are processed by Creem. The seller and payment terms displayed at checkout apply to the transaction. Payment-method availability is determined at checkout. We do not ask for full card details by email.
Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund from your AIVane account page and how requests are reviewed. One-time packs have no recurring billing to cancel. Cancel Pro from your AIVane account page at any time. You can stop using Hosted AI at any time. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable payment-provider obligations are not limited by these terms.
Software and third-party components
Use of the software is subject to the license supplied with your edition. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices, which control any conflicting restrictions. Nothing here restricts rights granted by an open-source license, including permitted modification or reverse engineering to debug changes to an LGPL-covered library.
Availability, responsibility and changes
We may maintain, update or suspend a feature, and previews may change. Keep independent backups of your workflows and data. If we discontinue a paid service, we will explain the options for remaining paid credit, including any refund required by law or our refund policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the software and AI outputs are provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact support first if you have a problem so we can investigate.
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes affecting paid purchases will be communicated through appropriate account or order communications. Changes will not remove rights already attached to an existing purchase.
