AI-assisted generation works with an AIVane account using Hosted AI, or with your own compatible model provider and API key billed separately by that provider.

All package prices are in USD. Applicable tax and the final total will be shown before payment. AI credit does not include a third-party API account, a Business license or a hosted team workspace.
One payment for credit
Credit packs are bought only when you choose. They never renew or recharge automatically.
Usage, not task counts
Each AI request is charged by the amount of input and output it processes. Credit use varies with recording size, task complexity and the AI work requested. Your account lists the credits charged for every request. A pack does not guarantee a number of workflows.
Welcome credit first
New accounts receive 1,000 welcome credits, valid for 30 days. Credit closest to expiry is used first, so welcome credit is spent before purchased credit. Purchased credit has no scheduled expiry.
If a request goes below zero
You can start a Hosted AI request while your balance is above zero, and each request is charged for its actual usage. A large request can take your balance below zero; new requests then pause, and the next credit added to your account first covers the negative amount.
Clear delivery
Purchased credit is added to your AIVane account after the payment is confirmed. Your balance and usage records show the delivered credit and its consumption.
Unused-credit refunds
Request a refund from your account page within 14 days of purchase. Only unused purchased credit is refundable; credit already used is not. Read the full refund policy.

Can I buy Hosted AI credit today?
Yes. Sign in to your AIVane account, choose a credit pack and pay through Creem. Credit is added after the payment is confirmed. Free accounts can buy credit; no subscription is required. We do not collect a payment, card number or pre-order on this website.
Do new accounts get free credit?
Yes. A new verified AIVane account receives 1,000 welcome credits, valid for 30 days. Welcome credit is promotional: it has no cash value, cannot be transferred and is not refundable.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro costs US$29 per month plus applicable tax and renews monthly until you cancel. Upgrade, manage billing or cancel from your AIVane account page at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your saved applications are never deleted when Pro ends. Pro does not include Hosted AI credit.
What happens when my credit runs out?
New Hosted AI requests need a balance above zero. A request that is already running is charged for its actual usage, which can take your balance below zero; your next purchased or granted credit first covers that amount. Local execution of an existing workflow does not itself require Hosted AI credit. Workflows that explicitly call an online AI service still need that service and may incur its charges.
Do I need a browser extension?
Only for browser recording and browser automation. Windows desktop recording does not require it. Install the public Chrome extension and see the setup steps.
What about Business and hosted workspaces?
Business, for teams, will support both standalone installations and hosted SaaS. It is under development, is not included in Pro or credit packs and is not available for self-service purchase. Contact us about your requirements.
