THREE STEPS TO YOUR FIRST WORKFLOW
Install. Record. Review.
Install AIVane
Install for your Windows account, then open the single AIVane entry from Start. The local runtime is included; no administrator account is required for normal use. Existing applications and recordings are retained during upgrade. Free allows up to three saved applications; Pro (US$29/month) removes the limit and is available from your AIVane account.
Record a small task
In AIVane, open a task in My automations and its Recordings tab. Windows desktop recording needs no extension. Browser recording requires a separately installed AIVane Web Automation Recorder 0.6.9 or later in Chrome or Edge; verify that the existing browser store item offers the compatible version before recording. Review optional AI
Stage the original recording for review, inspect the selected material and recipient, then explicitly confirm any AI dispatch. Optional AIVane AI credits or a compatible provider you configure may incur charges. Inspect a nonempty validated candidate before separately importing, saving, and testing it with sample data.
Default install folder: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\AIVane. Close AIVane normally before upgrading or uninstalling. Uninstalling retains local workflows, recordings, and settings.
